Terms & Conditions

Ordering: Please have the Neves Racing part number ready for your sales professional when calling, if at all possible.  If you are not sure what you want, be sure to describe the use and motorcycle it will be fitted to as comprehensively as possible. 

General Terms: All sales are limited to the USA (all territories included) and Canada at present. Prices listed DO NOT include shipping and handling charges (except as noted on specific items). Specifications are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Information: Shipping on in-stock items will be performed within two working days of the order being placed. All other items will ship as they become available. All shipping will be via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to use alternate shipping methods and/or service level if we determine that it will be better suited to the products being shipped and the location being shipped to.

Backorders: Backorders will be filled in under 30 days unless specified otherwise. We have most of the items listed in stock & ready to ship and our suppliers are very reliable, but occasionally a product may be out of stock regionally or nationwide.  When possible, the item's status will be detailed on your invoice or by letter. We urge you to contact us regarding your part's backorder status if you are at all unsure.

Special Orders: All special orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. Please allow 30-90 days shipping time on  special orders. No returns or refunds are given on special orders.

Pricing: All prices are F.O.B. South San Francisco, CA, and are subject to change without notice.

Payment: We  accept PayPal, C.O.D.  or money order. Personal checks are accepted, but the checks must clear before goods are shipped.  For checks drawn on out-of-state banks, that is typically 7 to 10 days.  We do not offer open accounts

Product Returns & Refunds: Anything you are not completely satisfied with can be returned for a full refund of the entire purchase price less a 15% restocking fee within 30 days after purchase as long as the product is still in "brand new" condition. Please contact us for authorization before returning any product. Sorry, but we cannot reimburse original or return shipping charges on refunds.

Exchanges and Defective/Damaged/Lost Merchandise: We reserve the right to replace damaged/lost item(s) with equivalent item(s), or to issue a refund for that item at our discretion. Return of all defective merchandise to us may only be done after obtaining authorization to do so. If merchandise was damaged in shipment, contact us and the shipper immediately to file a damage claim. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not discard packaging or any contents until inspection is completed by the carrier or your claim can be refused.

Warranty: Neves Racing¨ only handles products with the highest quality and performance in the industry. Neves Racing products are intended for the purpose of racing, therefore there is NO WARRANTY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED on any products sold by Neves Racing.  All descriptions given by Neves Racing as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Neves Racing will not assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product we sell. Neves Racing shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the buyer agrees to all of these terms. If a problem arises that is questionable, we may ask that the item be returned for evaluation. If in the opinion of Neves Racing an adjustment should be made, we will either repair or offer assistance in solving the problem. The use of Neves Racing products is at the sole discretion of the buyer.

Liability: The purchaser of any Neves Racing¨ products releases the manufacturer of those products and Neves Racing from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.

ALL SALES OF ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CARRY ONLY THE WARRANTY, IF ANY, PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.
